Bienvenidos a este debate, el objetivo del mismo es muy modesto.

Solo quiero que compartamos las nociones que tenemos alrededor de la Rendición de Cuentas.

YO ENTIENDO QUE RENDIR CUENTAS ANTE LA NACIÓN ES:

QUE CONCEPTO PROPONES O TE PARECE MÁS APROPIADO PARA EXPRESAR LA RELACION QUE DEBE GUARDAR EL ESTADO PARA CON LA SOCIEDAD, QUE PERMITA EL BIEN COMÚN EN TU NACIÓN: 

¿QUE OPINAS SOBRE QUIÉN, CÓMO, CUANDO Y PORQUÉ RENDIR CUENTAS ANTE LA NACIÓN? 

¿CUÁL ES MI PAPEL?

Por esta ocasión, te pido cordialmente que te expreses sólo respecto a las cuatro preguntas que he “posteado”.
